How do you get ready for competitions?
Start with wedges to get my wrists warm. Slow progression to avoid injury. Then swing hard and fast!
What’s your favorite workout or exercise for improving drive distance?
I do a lot of resistance band movements and exercises. Different motions, both strong and weak side. Weighted bag throws. Both horizontal to promote fast hips. And vertical down paired with a jump to emphasize explosive ground force.

How do you get ready for competitions?
If I’m traveling, hotel breakfast for some protein. Take an overly long shower. Get ready, and head to the tournament. Pump some tunes in the headphones and start getting loose.
What’s your favorite workout or exercise for improving drive distance?
My Rypstick has kept me swinging fast and helped me stay lose. I also use my GOLFFOREVER for when I need to get stretched out on my super tight days. Those two programs have me right where I need to be in my off-season.
